  1. Great review! Years ago I used to watch it but the moment I stopped the amount of episodes increased ridiculously high so I never got back to it.

Anyhow, this my my favourite One Piece game overall. Original story, gameplay is fun but repetitive and anyone can play than just fans.

  2. i just purchased this on my vita cause it was on sale for $5 and im getting all the dlc. $35 for all isnt bad imo. im a huge OP fan myself too i cant wait to play. thanks for having this review up.

  3. don't be intimidated by one piece.. I started from ch 1 in November and was done with all 809 chapters (at the time, now theres 810) by early december. Its THAT good

  4. Yeah it feels like it's hard to catch up until you start watching the episodes lol. I started like last month and now I'm on episode 342. You'll catch up a lot faster than you think especially if you like it. The anime blew my mind. I thought it'd be crap. Hardly has fillers too.

  5. You have a really good potential on reviewing games but it would be better if you make it sound like you did research on it, and i know you probably did but it doesn't sound like you're even like interested in reviewing the game.

On 1:26~1:40 you make it sound like you don't know what you are even talking about which is a sign that the review isn't even legit or reliable. (i know you said "opinion" in the beginning but title says otherwise 😀 )

but overall i hope you do more reviews and improve on this area. 🙂

  6. Why does noone seem to mention the fact that there are a f***ton of more characters to unlock besides the strawhats?(colliseum mode).

  7. Sounds like my kind of game. I'm not a One Piece fan, but I do like brawlers. I can forgive repetitive combat, so it's not a big deal.

  8. I noticed u played on the ps3 version but I don't know how it took u such little time to beat it and said it might add an extra hour to max out levels. I've played this game (main story) for about 20 hours and just beat it with my characters at level 19 or below. To me the game isn't repetitive if u go around fishing and catching bugs. In one area I spend about 2 hours harvesting fish and bugs, killing enemies, and exploring. If you like animal crossing, you'll love this.

  9. ya know games based on anime haven't really been coming out that much to the west lately. sure we still get naruto, dbz, a one piece games every year or so. but nothing from anything else. back in the ps2, xbox, gamecube era, if you were a slightly successful anime that aired on toonami or the fox box, you got a video game. anyone remember ultimate muscle., that anime had a pretty fun wrestling game on the gamecube. and when i was a wee lad i bought almost all the yugioh games that came out. yugioh: the sacred cards for the gba i played so much! also who here wants a kill la kill game?!?!?!

  10. 8 to 10 hours is not good enough gameplay time anymore? that's the problem with todas games, dev are forced to pad out the game because people think a game with no less than 30+ hours is unacceptable, which make the game less fun.

I rather have a game that keeps my interest going for 8 or so hours constantly, then having to fetch items left and right from NPCs I could care less about and are a wast of time then just stop playing at the 15 hour mark as it would feel long for no reason
