Natural Doctrine (PS4/PS3/Vita) Review

  1. just bought the game today, looking forward to playing it. Thanks for the positive review man, a lot of people hated this game and I couldn't see why. I'm sure I'll love it once I start it. Love your attitude bro. Keep it up. 🙂

  2. I don't know if you'll read this but right now this game is on the ps4 store for £5.99 would you say it's worth it

  3. really good review man. it is so concise and clear. and the footage you show is really good. you are also really likeable. keep it up

  4. I'm curious about this game, but it seems most reviewers kind of shrug it off. You're tipping me towards 'buy'.

  5. At first I was like "Wait a sec… Where's the Stay Classic smile???"… then I remembered this is not a classic game hehehe 😀 Great review, have a good day!

  6. Anyway, good review and thanks for sharing. The only thing I don't know how I feel about is the graphics. Very early Xbox 360 looking. Yes I said 360.
I have a feeling the PS3 and Vita versions don't look that different from this PS4 version.

  7. I am confused, you say there is no autosave but there is checkpoint system before battles? Do you have to manually save at the checkpoint?

  8. Putty good review I'm gonna wait till I have more time and hit eBay up, hopefully they have enough in print so I can get a deal.

  9. Reminds of good old tactics RPGs. Looks a bit unpolished but I'd love to give it a try 🙂

  10. Great review, I have been meaning to start this game for a while. I got it for the Vita though, kinda wish I held out for a ps4 copy like you said, it looks really clean.
I used to check out your old channel and I guess I thought you quit YT but a buddy of mine TGApuleius just shouted you out recently and I found this channel. Stoked

  11. Developers should port this to the Wii U. Having a general map view on the gamepad would be pretty awesome. But these bland visuals look kind of weird.

  12. great review for an underappreciated game. It starts off SUPER hard and the learning curve is massive, but once you get the hang of it the game becomes extremely rewarding when you blast through stages.

  13. Do you have PSN yet? It would be cool to add you as a friend!
(I know it is a long shot but I figure it doesn't hurt to ask).

  14. Was lookin at this on the Vita and wondered what it was about. Thanks for the review, not my cup of tea at all. It looks "meh"

  15. I haven't been able to get on YT for like 17 days and this is the first video I saw. I jumped out of my chair and 'YESSED' like I did when Bryan won at WM!!! Oh god I've been wanting someone/anyone to review this game in a positive light to urge me to buy it. It's the sole only console NIS game I don't have. Well job fucking well DONE because I'm SOLD!!! My favorite guy that happens to review games just approval stamped it. I love strategy RPG's but no one has been able to make this game look accessible until this. I LOVE that you are mixing in modern games now. AWESOME review man. I've watched every video you've made of course and this might be the best one. You made Natural Doctrine look fun when literally nobody has been able to get that across. Oh and as always your apparel is ON POINT…. Jaws shirt for July the 4th and Shark Week= you're still the coolest dude I know.

  16. I absolutely loved this game! It's not any harder than learning a tabletop strategy game, but you really need to think about your tactics in each board. Very fun and rewarding when you get the hang of it. Thanks for covering this one.
